Mr. Traisrisin, I hope that you can agree that it would be far better for you and Mrs. Nuanchan Mueanpech if an agreement can be reached between you and Mr. Dickerson without the risk of a criminal indictment, time in prison and the loss of your business, personal belongings and status in the community. I understand that you've discussed potential plans to pay Mr. Dickerson back over time and Mr. Dickerson is open to negotiating a similar plan. He also expressed that he is not interested in owning the properties which you purchased for CM Assets as they would not easily be sold in the near future for the price which you paid. Mr. Dickerson agreed only to the purchase of Golden Triangle Inn and AUA Language Center. Mr. Dickerson had intended to invest in the future of the children of Chiang Rai by building a basketball gym and supporting the basketball program at Samakkhi School and would not have used investment money in the way you have done. If necessary he would be willing to accept ownership of Golden Triangle Inn and AUA Language Center as a way of reducing the total monetary amount owed to him. But a cash payback is required by Mr. Dickerson. He cannot accept an offer of property alone.
