(2) Which identification with others’ suffering and which possibility of supporting them? This question points to how much each action researcher perceived that he/she succeeded in being close to the suffering of practitioners and relatives (e.g. concerning illness and conflict) and succeeded in setting conditions to develop an organizational intervention that considers the suffering of individuals and groups. In this sense, continuous dialogue with one's staff colleagues and reciprocal oversight regarding these aspects worked well.
