Prepare necessary information and documents to customers as per their requests (Rental rate, Promotion area floor plan, Period and Condition).
Prepare quotations, invoices and internal document forms.
Monitor and follow up customer payments.
Provide facilities and services per customer's request.
Summarize and report all marketing event activities to Marketing Department Manager.
Update competitor’s event activities.
Coordinate with internal and external department for marketing event activities.
Coordinate with suppliers for all event activities.
Provide and compare supplier prices and quality.
Prepare and provide documents and information to support Event Marketing Team ex. Competitor Events.
Expense processing related to each event activities.
Manage and control team budgets. (Office Equipment budget, Newspaper and Magazine budget, Training Budget, Petty Cash).
Internal procurement workflow processing ex. Create PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order) and monitor process status.
Internal expense workflow processing ex. Medical Treatment Expense, Office Equipment Expense and Training Expense.
Premium/ Barter stock control and report to Marketing Department Manager.
Support to Assistant Managing Director, Manager and Event Marketing Team.
Arrange internal meetings.
