A structured questionnaire was developed using closed questions, because such a questionnaire was seen as accessible to respondents with varying levels of use of mobile phone features and applications. Most questions in the survey were developed using afivepoint Likert scale, ranging from ‘strongly agree’ to ‘strongly dis-agree’ for measuring different independent variables (Bauer et al.,2005). In some questions, the respondents were also provided witha ‘does not apply’ option. Demographic information was requestedat the end of the questionnaire in order to generate a demographicprofile of the convenience sample.
