Disclosure
In the event that it is necessary to disclose confidential information to any governmental entity, the Company shall take all necessary steps to require the governmental entity to keep such information from being disclosed to the public.

Disposal
Confidential documents shall be disposed of by shredding or other physical destruction, or by electronic means so that the contents are made illegible.
3.1.09
Succession of secrecy category
1.When a document contains confidential information to which one or more secrecy designations have been assigned, the document shall have the secrecy designation of the most restrictive such designation.
2.When a document containing confidential information is copied, the copy shall have the same secrecy designations as the original.
