What is the positive effect of exercise?
The positive effects of exercise are divided into three ways which are weight body controlling, having good moods, and risk of disease. First of all, exercise is very effective in weight body controlling because its process can burn extra fat in our body and also build our body muscle, which is the part that effects to our metabolism rate. According to our body system, after we ate food, food will be transferred through the digestion system and metabolism process. It will be changed to energy and accumulative fat substance. The accumulative fat or extra fat is the main cause of gain weight. However, the exercise is the process that burn extra fat in our body. Therefore, persons who always keep exercise will control their weight easily. The exercise process not only burn extra fat but also builds muscle in our body. The metabolism rate will be higher when our body has high percentage of muscle. For these reasons, exercise is very useful for weight controlling. Secondly, persons who do exercise will have good moods because the exercise makes them relaxing and happy. The main factor of exercise is the movement of your body. When you move your body, your muscle will stretch and you will feel relaxing. For example, Yo-kha is an exercise that uses a stretching in your body. In addition, exercise will make you feel happy because there is some chemical reaction in our body and release some hormones. For example, Endorphins that release during exercise can decrease feeling of stressful in our mind. Finally, from the researches, they found that persons who often work out are less risk from disease because exercise can help working of blood circulation system and make our body stronger. Thus, the heart system will work properly and heart will be stronger. It will decrease a chance to get heart disease and high blood pressure disease. In addition, exercise increases the protection or immunity in our body. As a result, our body will hardly affected by the infection of bacteria and germs. For example, persons who often do exercise will hardy to get a cold. Even though they get a cold, their bodies will recover in short time and they will have fewer symptoms than persons who lack of exercise. In conclusion, exercise not only has positive effects in our bodies and minds but also protects us from disease.
