In the qualitative research part, triangulation skill and content analysis method were applied. Two authors and two research assistants together reviewed and analyzed the interview transcripts. After the first round, every researcher met and discussed the analytical results. After the meeting, the main theme/tag for analysis/coding was decided. Every researcher analyzed the interview transcripts again with the main theme. And the researchers were required to make notes on the analytical results according to the main theme. The second round of meetings was held. After a quick check-up and discussion of the analytical results and the main theme, interview transcripts were exchanged with different researchers to redo the qualitative analysis. The third round meeting was held; and every researcher discussed the analytical results they had redone for other researchers. The original analytical results and the redone ones were compared to see the differences. In accordance with the differences, researchers discussed and decided what were correct and what should be adjusted. Then the final qualitative research results came out, as described in the next section.
In the quantitative research, the eight main research questions became eight constructs of questionnaires of quantitative research. Items of each dimension were acquired from literature, and some items were adjusted for fitting into Firm A's situation. A five-point Like-rt scale was used. A total of 201 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 86 questionnaires were distributed to the members of the study groups, and 115 to "the controlled group", people who had not yet attended the study groups.
