Therefore, overall results indicate that the combination of reused
C18 as solid-phase and acetonitrile as elution solvent was the most
suitable extraction procedure for the combinations tested for the
determination of dimethoate, atrazine, clomazone, fenitrothion
malathion, fipronil and tebuconazole in crab hepatopancreas. Recoveries
were between 39 and 123% for the target compounds. An
advantage of acetonitrile, by comparison with ethyl acetate, is that
the former does not extract so much lipophilic material as the latter,
