In this 17th century site, the various intentions, materials and technologies of each era resulted in a succession of additions, adaptation, and subtractions. The project thus has a significant legacy with shapes, space, and constructive systems rooted in historical processes. These are present in the morphology and state of the building and express a clear vision of the future in the first phase of the competition program. The aim is to replace the original order and, by including time, memory and function, to create a new use based on the old functions.
