Thanks so much for this! My throat was so painful and hurt to talk and I started losing my voice, but about 5 minutes in I felt about 50% better! You just have to relax and clear your mind/meditate while doing this.

Thanks for this great frequency, i had a terrible flu. But after some green tea with manzanilla and cinnamon, a bit of olbas oil steam, and 30 mins of this has made me a new woman! I listened to this for only 4 minutes, and my nose cleared and I stopped coughing. Scary. I also got a headache while listening, but it went away as soon as I turned it off. Scary.

I'm so surprised..I had a horrible cold, just had started, and i have uses healing vibrations for infected sinus before and it worked - and completely healed them, but a cold? Then I found this one, and slept with it in my ears and every now and then woke up and reran it, and I could breathe this morning. I went hiking with friends for over 3 hours and even though it's not completely gone, it's almost..gone. I can breathe - sounds really do heal! Thanks very much!
