I booked for a room in advance via internet. When I arrived at concierge for check-in, staffs at the counter have lack of knowledge about the membership. My room should be upgrade following membership privilege but the staffs at the counter they don't know anything about membership's privilege. It takes around half an hour to done the check-in process. That's quite long if comparing between another customers who come after me. I expected that I should received a basket of fruits in the room. When I reached the room, there is no fruits basket. I have to ask for it. I satisfied but the restaurant, various kind of foods which it impressed me, but sanitized is not quite good, there are many flies which they're annoyed us. I really disappointed for subscribing the membership with this hotel. Because in Pantip (the largest Thai community's webboard) they are said that the most ordinary customers get the privilege more than the membership customers for example, upgrading the room (they booked for deluxe but the ordinary customer get Dara deluxe which the membership customer don't.)
