i. If a customer of GAP and/or BR is not part of Minorplus programme, will RMS/SMS generate a Minorplus ID for this customer?
ii. The merge of profiles once identified by Minor CRM Retail – Can the Minor CRM Retail team select and determine the Minorplus Card ID to retain?
iii. Is there a field to be used as a field to capture National ID on RMS/SMS? If yes, how can we receive or send this information from and to RMS/SMS?
