A total of 30 patients were studied in this study (N = 15 per
group). Differences in examined variables of each group
are shown in Table 1. As the table shows, there were significant
differences in the mean of total cholesterol (TC),
triglycerides (TG), LDL and HDL between groups after eight
weeks of yoga. In addition, figure 1 shows that, there
was significant difference in the average blood sugar after
doing yoga exercises for eight weeks
