Figure 1 shows the system architecture of CWOS-RTF,
which cover three main areas of the restaurant: the serving
area, the restaurant owner’s working desk (cashier table), and
the kitchen. Conceptually, the CWOS-RTF are built on four
main components:
• the mobile application on the smart phones for
customers to make order
the web-based application and server on the laptop for
restaurant owner to keep track and respond to received
customers’ orders, and customize menu information.
