After you already submitted the target setting of performance appraisal of your team members in March 2015. Now, we plan to finish the evaluation process within June. Please note that the appraisal forms need employees put their scores in the Self-Assessment column before superior’s evaluation with comments and suggestions on the page number three.
The completed documents should be submitted to me within June 19, 2015. After that we will set up the meeting with Ohashi San and all AVP/Manager before having the individual evaluation with our staffs at the beginning of July 2015.
