3.) Are you using iOS/Android or the website?
4.) If you are using a mobile phone, which Version of Skout are you currently using?
5.) Did you register through Facebook Connect or Google? Do you use it to log in?
6.) What model is your device and operating system version? (E.g. Nexus 4 Android 2.3)
