1. Student questionnaire
The student questionnaire consisted of two main parts, students’ demographic information and students’ perceptions of the problems of leaning English.
2. A student interview Open-ended questions from the student questionnaire were used to ask some randomly chosen students on three programs to get in depth information and to confirm the information.
3. A structured teacher interview
There are two versions, one in Thai and the other in English.
4. Structured interview for university administrators
The structure interview was constructed in Thai based on the major feature related to problems in English teaching and learning organization.
First use a questionnaire to find out the information of two main parts, students’ demographic information and students’ perceptions of the problems of leaning English in PSU, Phuket for the Primary data. Then, use the idea generation methods by individual interviews and depth interview.
