As per our phone call discussion yesterday, I discussed with Korea side. This repairing cost will be covered by Korean side and you do not need to worry about this issue any more.
Also, with regard to the shipping line for your delivery, we well understood your inconveniences caused by current one, Namsung. We will investigate possibilities to use another shipping company, but it is related to costs and other factors so that we can not confirm at this moment. However, we will try to accommodate your request with our best efforts.
Also, we would like to ask your attention during the unloading process from a container. For example, if your side find a contamination on the floor of a container, simply remove them before driving a folk lift on it, if possible, and please let us know. This might be helpful to reduce the additional unexpected cost in the future.
