How to Apply
Applications are accepted from December to February each year for scholarships awarded for the following academic year. The deadline for 2014-2015 scholarships is February 15, 2014.
All Biological Sciences scholarship applications are submitted through the Scholarships and Financial Aid Scholarships Gateway. After you log in to the Scholarships Gateway, you will be asked to complete a demographic information section. Once this information is submitted you will be able to access the link for College of Science Scholarships. The same application is used for the Biological Sciences scholarships and the College of Science scholarships (you apply once for both groups of scholarships.) As you can tell by reading the scholarship descriptions, some have very specific selection criteria. Completing all components of the application (personal statement, resume, letter of recommendation, question check boxes, and FAFSA) will ensure that you will be considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible.
Please direct all questions and concerns to Mary Lipscomb.
