We use Matlab to do this experiment in the system identification, the matching percentage should be more than 80% for ensure the transfer function can be used instead of real process. In calculating PID controller parameters, we use Lambda Tuning for this process because Lambda tuning is a form of internal model control (IMC) that endows a proportional-integral (PI) controller with the ability to generate smooth, non-oscillatory control efforts when responding to changes in the setpoint.
