From the report below, I think the first row “Transfat” refers to the total of the two transfat, C18:2 and C18:1. Since the palm oil only has trans C18:1, the total will just be the C18:1 which is 0.11. In this case, you need to calculate the % transfat based on the dosage of palm oil in the recipe.
Do note that industrial transfat origins may come from other oil-based ingredients as well, not only palm oil. But you will know better than me on this
