ml. ATCC700392Helicobacter pylori strain wasinoculatedin
Brucella brothsupplementedwith7%horseserumandincubated
for 72h.Thenthecellswereharvestedbycentrifugationandre-
suspended inwarmsyntheticM9mediumplusBrucellabrothand
incubated with 35S methioninefor10min.Afterincubation,the
cells werepelletedandwashedtwicewithM9medium.There-
after, itwasre-suspendedinM9mediumplusBrucellabroth
and incubatedwithandwithouttestsamplesfor48hat35 1C
in anincubatorundermicroaerophiliccondition.Controls
