It's a gut-feeling, really. Can't explain it, it's something new and you kinda like it, because... You feel like it. It's like, "oh that a ngun is really good I'd love that on a spring evening", but no-one ever told you to eat a ngun on a spring evening. You just feel like you should eat it. And I guess that's why I find Thai interesting... If that makes any sense, whatsoever.
