SGS is not the hotel that ask a lot of support from your team. But this time is very disappointed. SUN MA cost is increasing 6% annually with no exception that made me disappointed always. This time needs to special thanks to K.Keng for her effort to stay very very late last night (until 1 am.) making it done for us. As K.May told that we asked for the file to be installed and test at property but you denied because you are not trust us on payment. My team also trust in your team as they are confident that this file can work. I will not blame 100% to your team because the payment is made only 1 day before we need it. So this will be our lesson learn that we need to improve timeline for next implement request.
