7.8 Corrective Action
7.8.1 When a complaint is determined to be justified, the complaint investigation report should include a statement with regards the corrective action take. For example, this could include a change in design, a change in inspection method, a change QC sampling procedure, a process change, equipment change or a material change.
7.8.2 When a complaint is not justified, a statement to its effect should be included on the report with a note that corrective action is not required.
