The KM research literature (e.g., [20, 54])
recognizes a variety of enabling factors relating to organizational culture and climate,
which manifests itself in the behavior of the people in a firm. It is people who are at
the center of KM initiatives. Managing them and embedding a culture of knowledge
sharing and reuse in their minds is perhaps the most important factor (e.g., [58]) in
this respect.
