Conduct CER (CHAMPS Excellent Review) on quarterly basis by evaluating restaurant performance against standards, provide support and coach during store review and follow up corrective action within proper timeline.
Collaborate with Operation to resolve issues related to food safety and food quality i.e. customer complaints, non-compliance raw materials, pest management.
Conduct training sessions i.e. Food Safety & Hygiene, leansmart Program, Product workshop.
Provide feedback to Restaurants support center QA to continuously improve on food safety and sanitation system.
Check to ensure on food safety for new restaurant before grand opening.
Monitor quality of new products after launch at stores and provide feedback to all related functions.
Monitor quality of receiving raw materials at store level.
Co-ordinate with Operation about raw material non-conformance and/or product recall.
Co-ordinate with local government officers i.e. Clean Food Good Taste, Food Safety, Frying Oil Quality.
Attend QA monthly meeting to update store performance and calibrate understanding in CHAMPS standards execution.
Other duties/initiatives/projects as required by Supervisor.
