As you know, we are moving from averaged DLCs to actual employee rates. This change will take effect with the submission of timesheets for week ending 7th August 2015.
For your information, there may be employees who’s hourly cost rate does not change from that of the averaged DLC. This will occur where the employee was the only person in the classification/location grouping for calculation of the averaged DLC (effectively the averaged DLC was that employees actual rate).
I have sent you this advice in case you are asked the question by any of the project or Unit responsibilities about why no rate change was seen for some employees.
