To represent your side of a claim dispute, follow these steps:
Select Represent to Amazon. If you do not see the Represent to Amazon button, the time frame to respond may have passed. You may need to reply directly to the claims notification email.
Review the order claim history.
In the Comments field, provide a brief description of the situation. We recommend including the following information when you represent your side of a claim:
Details about the order.
Your communications with the buyer.
Delivery or signature confirmation details.
Shipment tracking information.
Information about previously issued partial refunds or concessions.
Any additional information that will support your side of the claim.
Click Continue.
Review the details. Click Go Back if you want to add anything to your response. Click Submit when you are done.
After your response is received, a representative from our investigation team may contact you for additional information.
