I stay in the Deluxe King Suite (small hall with study table & a big sofa set). I was not very impressed with the hotel services. When we reached the hotel about 10.30am to checkin, we weren't able to do an early checkin as the room wasn't ready, we checked in about 12.30pm. After checkin, the room was not well prepared like shower towel was only given 1 towel, we have to call the housekeeping to ask for extra one more towel. Then to my surprise, toothbrush was not given, we have to call again to request for it. This is a 5 stars hotel and we expect such minor issues should not be missed out. Shaving kit and sewing kit were also not provided too. Very disappointed. On the 2nd day, we placed the towel on the bathtub and it was changed. New set was given. On the 3rd day, we placed the towel & bathrope inside the bathtub but later discover that it was not changed & hangged back for us to re-use. We were very shock how come the towel & bathrope were hangged back & not changed as it was obvious that we had placed it inside the bathtub & this supposed to be changed. We call the housekeeping, the supervisor & the chamber maid who incharged of the room came up & replace the towel & bathrope, they apologised. Then later, we realised that toothbrush was not changed. We had to request for new set again. The supervisor apologised & told us the chamber maid was new. No execuse for being new. Proper training should be provided to new hire. On the 3rd night, I was sick, we called the recept and recept helped us to call the doctor. Doctor returned our call and he came. On checking out, we were charged for in room telephone usage for THB$30 & we told the recept that we didnt use the phone to call out, later the charge was waived. Noise from next door can be heard in our room when the other side was cleaning up. The soundproof was not very well insulated. Didn't book with BF, so no comment on this area. Overall still a nice experience. Nice Hotel even though w/some minor issues.
