Candy is a very popular sweet amongst youngsters because candy and sweet-oriented diets are tempting and hard to be denied. They can be found at many places as our eyes might catch at least one sweets vendor by the sidewalk, or at least one automatic vending machine selling sweets in the superstore. However, candies are rather unhealthy diets as many of us might them already. They can cause variety of illnesses such as heart diseases, diabetes and high blood pressure. So, we argue to ban candy.
Firstly, candies are not so nutritious diets especially when you consume them in large amount. We suggest that you better eat a variety of grains of fruit rather than eating candies in your free time because they may increase carbohydrates and calories.
Next, candies might cause an illness like high blood pressures if you consume them blindly as they contain a substance that called glyceme which affect your blood vessels. You would better control your tendencies to consume such diets which contain exaggerate amount of glyceme, sugar and calories or you have to suffer from the disease that called diabetes.
On the other hand, there is still one good thing in candies; they can help people quit smoking. In contrast, the high amount of carbohydrate and calories still exist, so you still can get fat even you manage to quit smoking at last.
On the whole, eating candies will cause high pressures in your blood vessels and other illnesses like diabetes and heart diseases. There will occur to you if you consume too many candies. These illnesses are really dangerous and can be deadly, so we have to conclude that the candy should be banned.
