Job Summary & Purpose:
• This position has to created PR activities and campaigns when appropriate to strengthen corporate image, marketing promotion & activities and differentiate of product and corporate branding as well as social contribution and social responsibility. Strengthen media relationship as well as work across CRC and other BU to strengthen relationship among business partners and CSR. Support GM – Marketing Communication to establish and maintain relationship among private organization and government agencies. To overview and ensure customer satisfaction via variety customer contact channels. Working with all related department to consolidate and centralize customer call center with provide guidance appropriate communication to responsible department.
Principle Accountabilities:
• Manage and control the implementation of PR plan and strategy to enhance communications activities and publicity
• Establish and maintain relationships with key member of the media
• Leverage opportunities with organizations to build profile of company and each store format in the community
• Support and coordinate with the person who is relevant to any major issue, which is related to publicity
• Cooperate with Thai business community and government agencies
• to increase company’ image and goodwill in any social activity or charity program
• Support and cooperate with marketing to deliver promotion activities, event marketing and other departments through internal and external communications channels effectively
• Follow up on major customers issues and ensure that the trouble related to communication is solved,
• Be an intermediary to deliver customer’s sympathy
• First contact point for outside press, ensure proper communications and ensure the follow-up and control
• Manage and coordinate for internal communication on marketing campaign with other functional departments
• Be able to be MC in any function and event
• Ad hoc assignments
Qualifications:
• Education: BA in Communication Arts or MBA
• Characteristics/Skills: Flexible
• Good communications skills: Creativity skill
• Strong service minded
• Language: Excellent Thai literature and professional business writing
• Fluent spoken English and very good written communication
• Experience: At least 2-3 years working experiences gain in corporate communication & marketing communication, and proven success on CSR campaign
• Preferable 1-3 years background and knowledge in the consumer products, FMCG and retail industries.
• Ability to self manage, multi-task and communicate effectively within the team as well as with external agencies and individuals.
