1.In my opinion,Our production process can not control viscosity.Beginning,we send starch to out side lab check if result pass we will inform Vina Kraft and prepare delivery.After that if we can be buy equipment measure viscosity as same as Vina Kraft we can check in us lab.
2.They accept viscosity lower than 1,575CPs.
3.During preparation.
4.They do not want to load with pallets.We do not need to buy pallets.
