supporting and advising site senior and line management in SHE matters
promoting SHE in the Company based on the local and global SHE objectives and goals
supporting the organization for compliance with local legal regulations and with SHE provisions
supporting line management in SHE training for employees
reviewing and supporting the communication of SHE related information and documentation
developing and maintaining a system for receiving, documenting and responding to SHE related reports and complaints
ensuring that a risk analysis process is implemented and documented
conducting periodic SHE inspections
reporting critical SHE situations
monitoring and documenting
compiling and documenting the SHE KPIs
advising local emergency response teams in the event of incidents, including transport accidents ro
establishing and maintaining the local emergency management system
managing financial provisions for legacy health and environmental liabilities, together with the finance department
establishing and maintaining contacts with the local SHE authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public
Facility
establishing and maintaining office space and equipment
ordering materials suitable for effective utilization of the facility
optimize office equipment and budget, and avoid waste and fraud
collaborate effectively with the Facility assistant
collaborate with relevant staff (and external agency) in relation to events, for security and/or facility management.
Qualifications:
Must have a Technical professional education (eg civil engineer)
Preference of Extension of studies in SHE
A miniumum of 3+ years experience in technical position
3+ years leadership position
High Integrity, Poised appearance, Persuasive, Panic-proof
Strong communications skills, both in English and Thai
