For cost increase, after we were in trial run, we have faced with a huge tedious tasks such as check/ verify in FTA form, enter and correct data into DOA and submit custom entry.
We decide to add more staff into this project which will be absolutely added more cost. From above explanation, you can see several areas require more staffs to improve in daily productivity. However, there are several things require for better organize and prioritize.
- Custom entry submission advance schedule. Without that schedule we can not set prioritize which and when custom entries will be submitted first and next in advance.
- Weekly meeting for service improvement among Damco and TCCL
