This error message indicates that IncrediMail encountered a problem while trying to send your email. One of the following issues may cause this problem:
A file attached to the email is too large in size.
A disallowed file was attached to the email.
Your mail server does not support email message relaying.
1. Attachment size limitation:
Most email account providers limit the size of attachments you can send with your email. If you are trying to send a large attachment with your email and are not able to, please contact your email account provider for further assistance and information.
2. Disallowed attachment type:
Most email account providers do not allow specific files to be attached to outgoing messages, since these files could be harmful to the recipient's computer. These files include .exe, .bat, .reg, etc. For further information, please contact your email account provider.
3. Relaying email messages:
Several Internet Server Providers (ISP's) do not allow their users to send email unless both your Internet connection and the outgoing mail server address (SMTP) is from the same ISP. If you are connected to the Internet using an ISP called "Example", you need to verify that your outgoing mail server address is the address of their outgoing email server.
If you are not sure whether your ISP allows relaying, please contact them for further information and assistance.
