Initial certification of
sachet water by Ghana's Food and Drug Authority requires satis factory
testing for FC, THB, PA, fecal streptococci, and Clostridium
perfringens, but sachet managers will often only request basic tests
for coliforms and THB as part of their ongoing quality assurance
