Maintaining a presence on the Internet is very
important in connecting with the kinds of customers
that are likely to be interested in CSAs. The 2009
survey revealed that more than 85 percent of the
responding CSAs rated electronic communication
as “important” or “very important” for their CSA.
Web sites (such as Local Harvest) allow operators
to maintain a presence on the Web for free or
minimal costs. A list of Web sites offering CSA
