Fermentation Condition: Fermentation was carried out in the laboratory in 250 ml Erlenmeyer flasks
as small scale laboratory fermentor containing 100 ml of fermentation medium in each flask. Aspergillus strains
were inoculated separately to the fermentation medium at an inoculum concentration of 1 ml containing the
spore suspension of the concentration 2 x 10
8
spores/ml. Experiments were carried out at 30±1°C in the
incubator.
