Please do not worry, I've forwarded this issue to our Shipping department and asked them to check your package to carrier to make sure it will be delivered to the correct address.
They will look into this and take necessary action. We'll take appropriate action on each and every factor which cons-equated for this failure of our standards. We take full responsibility for the delivery of our goods from start to finish.
