Deposit and Payment
A deposit equivalent to 30% or 50% of the total estimated master account includes Food & Beverage expenses is required 30 days after signing the contract. Full payment (less deposit collected) of the estimated master account is required at least 30 days prior to the group arrival/function date.
Outstanding balance of the master account will be paid before group departure unless the credit facilities have been approved by hotel’s Credit Manager.
