• To calculate the score, add all category scores and then divide by 8 for Employees, or by 10 for Leaders (e.g. 2 + 3 + 1 + 5…… / 8)
• Net score should be rounded up to a rating out of 5 (e.g. 2.7 = rounded up = 3 out of 5).
• Poor (1), Below Average (2), Average (3), Above Average (4), Excellent (5)
