Subject: Ladybird/ Sungmin_ABXEM _ Due Diligence 2020 A16 - 66161371910-Chlorophenols NC
Dear Khun Supat,
This new test report has come after the due diligence testing on A16 conducted on ABXEM. Fabric is from Sungmin and we collected this fabric from you from A16 production. I believe it is for CHW and Infants.
This is exceeding the limits of Chlorophenols which is 0.624 ppm above the acceptable limit of 0.5 ppm. The particular failure is on 4 chloro3 methyl phenol.
May I ask if you have checked with Sungmin about their fabric compliance? Could you please check and work with them to see what is the root cause of this problem. In my opinion it might be coming from printing paste.
Could you please advise the production status in your factory so that we can plan if any preventive action can be taken to avoid it going in the final products?
Many thanks for your speedy help.
Thanks and kind regards,
Charu Jain
