Responsibilities :
- Apply and develop the administrative procedures of the Group and the entity.
- Welcome visitors to the entity and play a part in the team dynamic.
- Manage employee's facilities such as buses, canteen, rest area, toilets
- Contact and proceed administration tasks with the government offices
Qualifications :
- Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Excellent service mind
- Experience 2-3 years in the field of General Affairs
- Experience to contact with government and/or employee's facilities management will be the advantage
- Good English Proficiency Level
