After our technical team in India submitted the ISO 20000-1 certificate of One to One Contacts to APMG who is the accredited body for registration, AMPG has some comment as follows in blue text :
The components of the Contact Center Application System should not be listed as they have no relevance to the services. Also the actual services should be clarified.
We propose "The IT Service Management System that covers the Provision of Application Management, Database Management, Server Management, Network Management and Service Desk Operations that supports the Contact Center Application System as per the latest service catalogue within the technical and organization boundaries of One to One Contacts in Bangkok, Thailand."
So we need to revise the scope on certificate per above recommendation from APMG. Please kindly confirm me by return for further proceeding.
