For further research, an interesting question is how these diffirent elements,which have been found, are related students’ learning outcomes.We need more research on how ICT is connected and integrated into new concepts of teaching and learning and how learning outcomes and their assessment are based on these concepts.These processes are value-realted cultural changes.If teachers feel that they work for meaningful purposes,they will want to learn new competences to use ICT as a tool connected to value-added purposes.
