Fashion do not approve our design because it looks permanent and will be block public area that should be follow the regulation of building code under legal provision of building control. Therefore, FI will give us to use only 6-12 sq. meters in public area as period depend on our renovation’s timeline (not over 3months).
For this discussion with VP of Leasing & common area, she insist to not allow us to use public area following our request. Anyway, she recommend us to use other area on the third floor that can go there by elevator. it's closer than the first recommend area.
