Let me just make one other point -- because I suspect we'll spend a fair amount of time on lean production -- in terms of the difference between GM and Toyota. GM is responsible for building a much larger portion of the car in-house than Toyota, so that when you look at the number of people, you have to take into account that Toyota is much more of an assembler of components that are produced outside, whereas General Motors is taking on more of the responsibility for the total process. So that affects the statistics.
