16.PENALTY All fee is not commisionable Changes Before and After Departure: No Show fee: Not applicable Except for RBD W / V class. No Show fee at SGD 80 (or equivalent) is applied only on outbound sector Change Reservation: Permitted within the ticket validity with free of charge. Date change by revalidation is permitted without penalty. Except for RBD W / V class change fee at SGD 50 for W class and SGD 30 for V class (or equivalent) is applied per transaction Rerouting: Permitted with fee when reissuing required Reissuing: SGD50 ( or equivalent ) Cancellation/refund Refund Fee: Regional route : SGD 80 child discount is not applicable Intercontinetal route : SGD 170, child discount at 25% of refund fee. - When fares are combined, the refund conditions of the most restirctive fare will apply. Partially used ticket : Refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the travel completed, less the cancellation/refund fee. A one-way fare may be used in the refund assessment provided all conditions of that fare have been met.
