Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business / Engineering / Economics / Communication or its equivalent
• Working experience in project management will be advantage.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• Self-motivated with a positive “ can - do” attitude.
• Strong logical and analytical skills is a must.
• Ability to work in a team
• Well versed with every minute detail of the project.
• Problem solving skills to address various barriers and obstacles in the successful completion of the project.
• Dealing tactfully with all the internal team, vendors, other outsiders and customers to handle complaints.
• Call Center experience will be advantage.
• Well versed with MS Office.
• Good presentation skills.
